Group classes are fantastic and highly recommended, but are not and should not be expected to give you personal attention and address your specific issues.

Personal Training brings focus to you, your needs and your goals.

Studio, Home or Workplace?


Studio – My purpose built home studio in Altrincham is now open for business offering individual, couple and small group (up to three people) as well as online training.

Home – If you have adequate space and live nearby, then I am happy to conduct a session for you or small group at your home.

Workplace – I am always willing to discuss options available to you in your place of work.

Special Conditions & Rehabilitation Support


1 to 1 sessions are the only way forward if you are concerned about a specific condition, injury or even illness which may affect your exercising to prevent further complications, promote recovery and increase your general health and well being.

Personal Training is available for all whether you are professional; just want to keep fit; or you are recovering from illness, injury or condition and need individual attention.

Initial Assessment


All personal training clients are required to have an Initial Assessment.  This will include a posture analysis outlining any personal strengths and/or weakness which need to be addressed as well as identifying any injury, illness or condition.  It also gives you the opportunity to define what you are looking for whether it is general fitness, weight loss or increasing strength or flexibility.

After initial consultation, I am able to determine a programme of exercises which can be done in your own time as well as under my supervision.

For small group training, each individual must have an Initial Assessment before joining a small group training session.

What to Expect


Please wear non-restrictive clothing which doesn’t hide your shape too much as I need to be able to check alignment and symmetry of shoulders, hips, knees etc.  Notes will be taken during each session which will form the base of the programme of exercises specifically designed for you.

Bookings and Cancellation Policies


All sessions must be paid for in advance.

Sessions may only be cancelled or postponed with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
