I am very exited to announce that I am now able offer you one-to-one fitness sessions and classes online!

Face to face is always best, but if you are to far away or prefer a Personal Online Training Session.

All you need is a computer with a webcam and a skype account and we can get together online for your session.

Special Conditions & Rehabilitation Support


1 to 1 sessions are the only way forward if you are concerned about a specific condition, injury or even illness which may affect your exercising to prevent further complications, promote recovery and increase your general health and well being.

Bookings and Cancellation Policies


All sessions must be paid for in advance.

Sessions may only be cancelled or postponed with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Group Classes Online


 

Join me for regular exercise classes online.

My class schedule will be posted very soon.

Pilates

Whether a beginner or intermediate/advanced, I will challenge you with appropriate exercises to work the whole body.  These can include the use of equipment such as gym ball, foam roller and reformer.

Yoga

No matter how much, if at all, you have done before, I will increase your flexibility with appropriate exercises which may be focused on one or two poses or a sequence of poses whether standing, lying down or seated.

Ballet

 I can offer a wide range of basic barre, centre and floor exercises to enhance and improve poise and balance.
